William Sparrow was born on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in an area called Sparrow‘s Beach. Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, a graduate of Annapolis Sr. High. Excelled in academics and sports. Was President of the Student Council and a member of Annapolis Senior High State Champion Mile relay team. Went on to graduate from The University of Toledo with BA in Biology and a commission in the US Army as a Second Lieutenant. Graduated from Airborne and Ranger school and served honorably for 5  years in the 11th ACR and 3rd ACR. Then did 5 years in Corporate America and then went on to build a successful marketing and screen printing business for 20 years in Houston, TX. Mr. Sparrow also has his EMBA in Energy Finance from Texas Southern University. He is also a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, Inc.
